Nursery Provision

Gresham Village Primary & Nursery (14)

If you are looking for high quality and flexible nursery provision, you should find exactly what you are looking for at Gresham Village School and Nursery.

We offer:

  • Specialist nursery education in our school setting for children from their third birthday. We offer full days between 8.45 am and 3.05 pm, Monday- Friday. Children may also come for half days (8.45 am - 11.45 am and 12.05 - 3.05 pm) and stay for Breakfast Club from 7.50am each morning. They may also stay for after-school club until 5.00 pm.

  •  We are flexible in how you can use your childcare vouchers and are able to offer additional sessions above your 15 hours at very competitive rates. 15 hour funding is only available in the term after your child's 3rd birthday. Your child can start as soon as they are 3 years old but we would need to charge for any sessions up until the term after their 3rd birthday. We are not registered to accept two year old funding but we are registered for 30 hours provision from your child's 3rd birthday.

  • We have an excellent and very experienced team, led by Emily Motts-Burden, our Early Years Lead and Sammy Armstrong, Early Years Teacher. Adult-child ratios are high and all planning is very child centred, based on the needs and interests of each individual. We offer a full range of learning for all Early Years children that is firmly rooted in the Early Years Framework.

  • We specialise in outdoor learning throughout the school. All nursery children experience regular Forest School sessions in our school woods, led by fully trained members of staff and benefit from excellent outside provision on a daily basis.

  • Gresham is surprisingly close to all the local towns- the drive from Cromer and Sheringham is less than 10 minutes.
