Pupil Premium Strategy 2024-25

Objectives of Pupil Premium Spending

When making decisions about pupil premium funding it is important to consider the context of the school and the challenges arising from this. At Gresham Village School and Nursery, the challenges are varied and there is no single solution. We work hard to identify individual barriers to learning, ensure equality of opportunity and provide targeted support so that every child is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Our main objective in using PP funding is to reduce gaps in achievement for Pupil Premium children. Through targeted support we are working to eliminate barriers to learning and increase progress. We analyse our data rigorously and examine the impact of any work we do with children.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
